Yoga, Meditation & Creative Resolve
Join me for a two-day workshop devoted to yoga, meditation, and creative resolve — a space to pause, soften, and reconnect.
Together we will refresh and deepen the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, while allowing thoughtful adaptation to honour our unique body–mind constellation. From this place, we cultivate stability and inner silence, creating fertile ground for Prana (life force) to move freely and support healing.
Through practice, inquiry, and presence, we gently remove the obstacles and resistances we gather along the way — those that block our natural state of love. What remains is clarity, openness, and a quiet remembering of who we are.
We will also co-create a group mandala, inviting creative expression as another way of giving form to our inner landscape. This shared artwork becomes a living reflection of our collective energy and an alternative language for what moves beneath the surface.
I look forward to hosting and guiding this lifelong practice into form — so we may continue discovering its layers together.

A little bit about me:
My name is Susi Sweeney. I have lived in Australia for the past 28 years. I am a practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga for over 30 years.
My original exposure to the practice was in India / Mysore 1995-1997.
Over the past years, I birthed and raised 3 children, studied various forms of body work, Ayurveda and naturally followed my need for artist expression through painting, art journaling .
I love sharing a receptive approach to the modality of yoga and the re discovery of our innermost knowing.
